Before you order
What exactly do I receive?
A drawn portrait of the person your chart points toward, a written personality profile, the placement notes behind each feature, and timing pointers. Everything arrives by email in one file.
Do I need my exact birth time?
It helps. Birth time fixes your Rising sign, which shapes the outline of the face. Without it you can still order; the reading widens the margin on that one element and leans harder on the rest.
What does it cost?
The core reading is 0 USD. Optional extras exist on the official site and are priced separately.
Is this available outside the United States?
Yes. The quiz accepts any birth city and the reading is delivered by email worldwide.
About accuracy
How accurate is the portrait?
It is an interpretation, not a photograph. Most readers report recognising a strong resemblance to someone already in their life, and a smaller group say the face means nothing to them yet. Both outcomes are normal.
Why does it differ from other soulmate sketches?
Most competing readings use only the sun sign. This one reads all twelve placements plus the aspects between them, which is why two people born in the same month rarely get the same face.
Can two people get the same sketch?
Practically no. The combination of degrees, houses and aspects behind a single chart repeats on a scale of tens of thousands of years.
Delivery and support
How long does it take?
Usually under twenty-four hours. If a day passes, check spam and promotional folders before writing in.
My reading has not arrived. Who do I contact?
Email the official support desk at support@astroloversketch.com. They hold the order records; this site does not.
Can I get a refund?
The core reading costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Paid add-ons follow the refund policy on the official site and are handled by its support team.
What happens to my birth details?
They are used to build your reading. Our own data practices are described on the privacy page.
